I ate here with my boyfriend and the service was good, but it took a while for the food... About 20 minutes.
I've made pho before and basically all you do is boil noodles and add slices of beef and the broth that was pre-made in a larger pot, but it took my boyfriend and I at least 20 minutes to get our food. We saw bowls coming out and none of them were ours... We thought they may have forgotten about us haha.
I have to say though, the broth is much more flavorful compared to other pho restaurants here in vegas. However, the bottom of my boyfriends bowl had remnants of dried food... Not the best at washing dishes.
But since my boyfriend was starving and it was only dirty on the outside, he ate it anyway haha. Still... It wasn't appetizing knowing that he was eating out of a bowl that was dirty on the outside and was filled with a dark soup base not being able to see what was inside.
