This company has the weirdest receptionist! I have no idea if these are good plumbers because they never made it to my house. First call went like this: they wanted to come out to my house to caulk my toilet (a 5 Min job). They said a plumber could be out here at 2:30. I said no problem, I just have to leave at 4:45. She puts me on hold without telling me, and like 10 seconds later she says the plumber said he wouldn't be able to have it done by 4:15. I said that's cool, I actually told you 4:45. She puts me on hold again without telling me. 10 seconds later she says sorry, they can't have it done by 4:15! Hah! At this point she sounds a little angry when I inform her again that she must've misheard me. She then says let's try next week. Okay, we scheduled for Thursday 4-6. I come home from work early to be available. No confirmation call the day before or day of. They call me after my landlord called them and the SAME WOMAN (Denise) says cheerfully that she'd like to schedule an appointment for tomorrow. I tell her that's all well and good but what happened to the plumber who was supposed to be here? I wait in silence for a few seconds and ask if she's there, hello, etc. and after 15 seconds of waiting she hangs up! The call wasn't dropped, she was just so offended by my question that SHE HUNG UP ON ME! Hahaha! She texted me later with a generic response that didn't address why she hung up on me or why the plumber didn't make it out here.
My landlord and I had a great laugh when I told him and we're going with another company.
