  • I had an awful experience here. I confirmed my massage with the Receptionist, which by the way answered the phone super rushed and unprofessional, 3 hours before our scheduled times, and she said we (my mother who was visiting from IL) were good to go. We showed up and the masseuse said she was just about to leave because we were an hour late...which we were not. We got there exactly at our scheduled times. Her response was, "Well, I GUESS I can stay and do them." I'm sorry, but if you want business and referrals, that should not be how you treat a customer. She had to call the front desk and had me get on her cellphone to talk to Antonia, who said that their computer messed up the times due to scheduling of time zones...ARIZONA DOESN'T CHANGE TIME ZONES! Then, the masseuse changed her rude response to "Well, I can do one of yours." She was so unenthusiastic, at that point, who would want a half-assed massage? And, my mom was visiting, and we couldn't reschedule. We walked out and are requesting our money back. What a waste of time and rushing to get there. I would never recommend this place or the masseuse to anyone.
