Pretentious staff!!
I was really excited about picking up a gift that was purchased for me.
When I showed my enthusiasm, the sales lady just smirked at me as if to say " really, your actually excited about this?"
Just because it was not their most expensive item didn't mean she couldn't " celebrate" with me.
She sure made me feel insignificant, does she even realize that the person who gave me this gift worked long hours to save up? No
Also she just watched me as I struggled to put on the jewellery piece myself. I had to ask her to "please" help me with it.
On another day, I went in with a colleague, and I myself sold her three pieces! Not the sales lady, she didn't even know what items were on hand or what chains were suitable for which pendants.
I expect top notch service at a "prestigious" establishment such as this and nothing less.
I know it's not the "quality" of the jewellery that I'm paying for, but rather the name "Tiffany" and the experience.
But with service like this the "experience" is not worth it.
All customers should be treated equally regardless of the price of their purchase.
I think they need to re-evaluate their service.
They get two stars, one for location and the other for the piece that I got.
