  • Cynthia is AWESOME!!! I had an appointment yesterday and at the last minute could not find the paper I needed to take with the Dr. order. I called the main number and Mary was very unkind, told me I had to call the Dr. myself and find it. I called and was on hold the whole 20 min driving to SmonMed. When I arrived I told Cynthia at the front desk what was happening. She apologized for Mary and said Don't worry I will take care of it. Cynthia turned what was a unhappy situation into a very pleasant one. She called my Dr's office and within minutes I was in getting my scan done. No worries. We need more Cynthia"s in this world. And less Mary's
