April 9, 2018, I received a call from my sales representative advising that my package has arrived and that I would need to contact the Summerlin store. She stated that it is noted that I requested that my chair be assembled. I confirmed my request and stated that I made that request when I ordered the chair. I called the Summerlin store and was advised that because it has to be assembled, it would take an additional 2 days. REALLY!!!!! I was advised previously 3 different dates that my order would be ready. The last date was today, 4.9.18. I guess it won't be ready until 4.11.18, but with their track record, it may not be ready until next year.. Why would it take 2 days to assemble a chair????? I recommend you scratch RC Willey off of your list to shop for furnishings if you want your items in a timely manner and to receive great customer service.
That response from Adam Y must be a computer generated note. I sent him my information per his request and I have not heard anything from him.
