  • Prices are really really high compared to other pet stores in downtown toronto. Owner isn't as pleasant as others say, once i asked her what to do about my new kitten who isn't liking the litter. She said she locks her cats in the bathroom for a week and forces them to do their business there. I understand the concept of 'tough love'. But that is just brutal (In my honest opinion!) Better options out there my friends! PS : The store reeks :(
