  • Need to update the review. The manager was nice enough to reach out to me to try to resolve my satisfaction level based on my previous experience. Very nice to do, excellent customer service. This place may just not be for is. We went in to use the certificate the manager provided us and it just isn't a place we feel is our quality. But I did want to thank Longhorns and their manager for trying to make things right. That's always appreciated.
