  • Run!! Do not rent from this company!! Trust me! They were once Colony American and probably changed their name because they were awful as well. Our rent increased dramatically after one year than overtime they made us responsible for sewer and trash than the pool cleaning and dog rent. All these fees accumulated over time. The customer service is awful. I despise everyone that works there. Waypoint homes has a 1 star rating for a reason. Never ever rent from them. I am moving out next month and I am sure they will try to keep as much of deposit as possible even though the house is perfect.
