  • The Main Ingredient is a sweet little Gem in metropolitan Phoenix. I've Yelped about the Main recently and have chosen to update my review. My concern was the glassware was being over sanitized and I could taste the residue on the glass. Of course, this was affecting the beer flavor and we simply can't have that. Well, this issue has been addressed. That's great because the Main has always been one of my favorite places to hang out at in the hood. The servers have always provided patrons with great service. The happy hours runs from 11am. to 11pm. on Mondays, and 11am. to 6pm. the rest of the week. The food is pretty good as well. My favorite sandwiches are the Charlie tuna $8.00, and the Jive turkey also $8.00. They have other food items as well, I just get stay with my comfort foods. I don't venture. The beer selection will change from time to time but they have a great selection. I like the Main Ale. TMI also has wines and spirits. For seating the main has an indoor area. But most people like to sit outside on the patio. I know I do. If you go there, I hope you enjoy a great experience. Everyone I've brought with me to the Main has really enjoyed it. All have returned for visits and brought new friends and family on visits as well. As always if you see me there feel free to say hello. I like meeting new friends. Enjoy.
