  • Went there today for a $32 car wash. The glove box has tons a dirt from my kids putting their feet on it and it didn't look like it had been touched. I posted on their facebook page with a picture and was told I should've checked on it before I left and that all of their advertising says they only dust the inside of the car. He did me if I came back they'd be happy to show me the difference between a car wash and a detail. They also advertise to talk to their manager before posting on yelp, I'm guessing because they have lots of complaints. I'll never return. Mainly because their response blames me for something they've cleaned in the past and I was able to get off with a wet washcloth. I'm not a customer is always right type of person but when you can't respond in a decent matter and it's a majority of people complaining it's time to look internally.
