  • It wouldn't let me give 0 stars, but I would if I could. I made an appointment to get one tire replaced due to a bubble on the sidewall. I was told it would be forty-five minutes to an hour, which was important since I have 3 little kids with me and no way to get home. I told them I would take the kids on a walk to kill some time. After 50 minutes we came back because it started getting cold. When we got back, the car was outside. Maybe it was already done. THEY HAD NOT EVEN STARTED. When I asked, they took the car back without giving me the option to leave. I'm standing in the store an hour and a half in, still no car, kids going nuts. You couldn't pay me to get tires at this store again.
