  • If you're looking for the stereotypical super pushy car salesperson experience, this is your place. The second you pull up, they're on you watching and waiting. They'll bring the manager over almost immediately to capitalize on every potential opportunity that comes through door, I get that. I get it, they're trying to make a living but man, even though we were very honest up front about not wanting to waste their time and simply wanting to look at a certain Certified Pre-Owned model if they had it. Nope, literally after a dozen polite "no thank you, we appreciate your time" and walking away the salesman literally angry that we won't consider a brand new model $12,000 above our range follows us to our car. Then as we're leaving he pulls up in the car we looked at and yells out the window that he can't believe we're not considering. When you know your stuff (your credit/interest rate/pre approval) it's like they're offended. We visited a total of 8 dealerships this week. Everything from Fiat to Jeep to Lexus, the only dealership that was so pushy and rude was this place. We would not return in future for a potential purchase because of how ridiculously pushy and tone deaf they were.
