  • We downsized by making the transition from a single family home to a luxury condo nine years ago in Burlington, Vermont. At that time we never thought we would find a place as awesome as the condo we had on the shores of Lake Champlain facing magnificent views & breath taking sunsets over the Adirondack Mountains of New York. As our family centered in Phoenix over the years, we began the search for a southwest condo and found Aderra.
