  • Really disappointed and frustrated by Aura Fitness. I was surprised by hidden fees on my last day of my membership. I was deceived and lied to when signing up for the membership because I was told to my face that there would be no extra fees, but it was hidden in the fine print of the contract. Wouldn't have signed up with the gym knowing there would be these fees. My boyfriend and I addressed our concerns to the company, only to find out they were dealing with a bunch of customers with the same complaint as us. Aura Fitness refused to work with us at all, and seemingly dogged our attempts to compromise and communicate with them. The GM wouldn't even acknowledge or answer our emails. Aura fitness would also charge my boyfriend and I way in advance before our next payment was due. Would never go here again nor would I recommend. The company is very sketchy and doesn't run a professional or honest business.
