  • The lady owner is extremely rude; she speaks to customers in a condescending tone as if she's better than them. I have been there four times, and after the fourth time I stopped coming. The lady owner made the wrong bubble tea, and then turn around and blamed her customers-she did the same thing to me twice. In addition, the lady owner has a bad attitude, and her facial expression is not very friendly. Further, her bubble tea drinks, and yogurt are not good. The bubble tea drinks are powdered, and the yogurt toppings are spoiled.
