  • Had 3 estimates for termite issues- first in 31 years in our home. Truly Nolen the most expensive, and had excellent reviews. AZ Organic Pest & Termite Control a viable company for alternative chemicals, but we decided upon Lady Bug Pest Control Specialists (Mesa) based on reviews from neighborhood and online, and most importantly for their use of eco-friendly chemicals to control termites, and was also the least expensive. I don't always go with the least expensive, but in this case thought the chemicals to be used, and their reputation was the best way to go. We had a mud tube appear from living room ceiling twice, but otherwise no other evidence of termites. Premise was used to spot treat ceiling area, and then Altriset was trenched/drilled around the exterior of the house. Scott C. did the inspection and treatment. He has great knowledge of the business and use of the chemicals. From what I read online, Premise is the best to use for spot treatment. Year warranty, and then renewable at a reasonable cost yearly for 5 years. Treatment was a day-long process and done professionally. Contact with office was always easy and professional. I will write another update in six-months or a year to let readers know if we have any recurring issues with termites and how Lady Bug handles. Don't foresee any issues, but one never knows! I recommend Lady Bug for anyone who wants to use eco-friendly termiticides!
