  • In all honestly 1 star is giving them too much credit. They hardly earned half of a star if any at all. Where to begin? The entire complex is infested with roaches. I know this because I've lived in different parts of the complex over the years. The management team has changed at least 3-4 different times this year and each team has progressively gotten worse. The plumbing here is shotty at best. The water is tainted & smells of chemicals. (I believe the old Motorolla plant that used to exist N of the complex tainted the water in this area) The water is shut off almost every other day without notice, good luck trying to live your life around their maintenance schedule. The sprinklers around the complex are damaged or not functioning properly, so you're met with puddles & rivers of water. The roads surrounding the complex are shitty & full of pot holes. The complex is very dark at night, most of the outdoor lights are broken or not functioning properly. I don't feel safe walking around here at night, I wouldn't let any of my female friends walk around alone. There's a number of shady characters that tend to roam around the complex day & night. You & your property are not safe here. One of my dearest friends was robbed a few months ago. She made the mistake of leaving her phone out on the balcony & minutes later when she realized her mistake it was gone. No one cleans up after their animals, so there's animal feces everywhere. Did I mention the stray cats? They're so much fun especially during mating season, I hope you enjoy the smell of male cats marking their territory. The walkways are not only littered with shit but with garbage as well. The dumpster don't have lids so in the blazing summer heat your nostrils are filled with the perfume of rotting garbage. My ceiling leaks every time it rains, I reported this to management & their solution was a bucket. Yes, instead of fixing the problem they just provided me with a bucket to collect the water. I'm pretty sure there's mold in my unit. The paint in the shower is chipping and there's cracks in the tub. They're aware of this as well & they've done nothing to fix the problem. The laundry room is constantly in disarray & is not air conditioned, which is great during the summer months. If you're thinking about moving here, DON'T! Save yourself the headache & frustration. For $700+/mo you get nothing but headaches, frustration & a roach infested place to call home. Update: So I moved out towards the end of July, I paid the move-out fees with the promise of being reimbursed but yet again they changed managers & they suffer from a serious case of amnesia. It's been nearly 3 months I've called the office talked to them about my security deposit & such. Turns out they're gonna charge me to replace the carpet that they had already planned on replacing with linoleum faux wood flooring. I'll admit I'm somewhat of an idiot for not recording out verbal agreements somehow. If only you could charge roaches for rent they would be set for life.
