  • So much better than #1 pho...it just doesn't look great inside...definitely hole in the wall pho, but so good! The taste of the food is probably the best you can get in Cleveland, so don't judge a book by it's cover. It tastes great, doesn't cost much, and has good service...what more can you ask for in a pho restaurant? Definitely top notch for midwest offerings.
