rev:text	One star is really too much for this joke of a company. When originally quoted, we were told it was going to be $180 to move myself from a one bedroom apartment, to another one bedroom apartment. After finishing the Q&A from the customer services reps including every detail as to how many boxes, what the large items were, what floor I was on, etc etc etc, the quote was finalized. On moving day, the movers arrived promptly and began wrapping and loading my stuff. Once we got to my knew apartment after unloading only half of their truck, they proceeded to tell me my new quote was $310. Claiming they had to charge me for the wrapping (which they never even asked me to use, they just started wrapping things), charge me more for the 2nd floor (this was disclosed on the original call), and then again tell me they didn't realize I had so much "stuff". After spending 30 minutes on the phone with their customer service staff that could hardly have had more than a high-school education due to her poor language use and lack of understanding our situation, I told them there was no way I was paying for the extra charges. The movers then proceeded to put the rest of my stuff outside of their truck for me to finish carrying myself. I gave them all the cash I had (because they ONLY take cash, money order, or cashier's checks), and sent them on their way. Two weeks later their customer service department is calling me trying to get the rest of my money. Not happening. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. SCAM ARTISTS AT THEIR FINEST.
