| - I have been going to this salon since it opened June 2016, because I first met the owner about 8 years ago, and she has always provided great service going above and beyond to make sure I am always pleased. I decided to write this because, a lady walked in and rudely started complaining that a French Manicure her 8 year old had received had a tip that chipped! The salon owner Hanna, the manicurist, and staff immediately, accommodated them. While her daughter's French Tip was being redone, the lady began to complain that there was this thin gap between her cuticle and polish, and that it (polish) should be up against the cuticle. One of the free technicians promptly redid her pedicure. I was seated next to her and the toenails looked perfect before the reapplied polish. She left threatening never to bring her business, complained that the tech was making a face, not smiling and said it was rude for them not to only speak English, without a thank you. I was appalled, and the other clients were speechless. She was quickly accommodated and attended to, kindly at no cost. Imagine my surprise when minutes later, the husband/father stormed in, demanding to see the technician's and business licenses (all posted on the wall in plain site), because his daughter's finger tip had been sliced under the nail and then to further hurt her they sprayed alcohol on her finger tip! The tech explained alcohol was sprayed to clean the nail bed and it also, was sanitary. The child's nail was short to begin with and was filed because of the chip. The young girl was seated across her mother (who was one empty chair next to me(, and I didn't hear any yelp or peep. I have nieces, nephews even a grandniece and grandnephew I've brought in for mani-pedi's and never had anything but smiles all around. These ppl threatening their patronage and condescending demeanor was crude and incredible. When the mother looked my way I explained that it was asking a lot of such a young child to maintain three step French Tips, even adults chip a nail; she retorted, it's the fashion, it's what she (the child) wants! I shouldn't have been shocked. I personally, highly recommend Just Nails and the staff for their professionalism, patience and especially for the beautiful work they do for their many, very satisfied clientele.
