  • Returned once more after I moved away from the area, and sadly the quality has decreased significantly (from my previous 5 star review) First of all, the tapioca was inconsistent in texture, and a bit too mushy in general. Secondly, they removed the 15% discount they used to offer to students. Granted, it was promotional, but they had it going on for almost a year so it was pretty disappointing. Another complaint was that I ordered a new drink (pineapple green tea), which did not have the price listed yet. For some reason, it was 50 cents more than the other flavour equivalents like mango green tea? Chatime was supposed to be affordable for its quality. Not this location anymore.
