Horrible customer service when attempting to call. I tried to call several times over a 30 min span to get a ticket refund and the phone would ring and ring and then the line would hang up because it rang so many times. (This is at 12:30 on a Saturday.) You can only call the theater to get a refund even though the tickets were purchased through the app. Marcus really needs to get it together. If you're only going to allow me to get a refund in person (which wasn't possible as I was watching movies back to back on the west side) then there should either be someone available to answer the phone, or refund it through the same app I purchased the tickets on!
