  • I have always used Larkin, but I may not do so any longer. I called them because my aging under-sink reverse osmosis water filtration system was leaking. The tech discovered a cracked part, which required the entire system to be replaced. He did so the next day. Good product, good work, fast service, just as I had come to expect from Larkin. I have no complaints with the diagnosis or service. Now the bad news. I learned shortly thereafter that another local company (Rain) would have installed the identical product (same mfr, same model) faster (same day) for about half the price. While Larkin's service has always been good, their pricing is now a serious concern for me, and I will be trying a different company next time.
