  • The best thing about leaving this review is that I currently have time to leave it because I was told last night when I brought my car in this morning for service that they'd give me a loaner so I didn't bring any work with me. Figured I'd be in and out pretty quickly. I get here today and no loaner. That would of been nice to know so I could of brought some things with me but I've found with this dealership nothing will go how they say it will. Last night when I came to buy my car it was a night. mare. I came in with a pre approved loan, wanting to purchase my lease and they can't take no for an answer. I had to say "I just want to buy out my lease." "I'm not interested in financing I have my loan." "No I don't want a $400 car payment." (At one point they came back with a new Passat deal with a $700 car payment. Ridiculous.) When it started getting to 9p at night because they prefer to hang out at the front and giggle like high school girls instead of do their job, then I had to say "I'd just like to sign my papers and go home" more than once. I went up to the manager to ask if I could just sign my papers so I could leave and he said "oh I thought you were gone." WHAT? No apology, no what you're going to do to fix the situation....he just walked away. He did go get the person to get my paper work but that's horrible customer service. Finally, the person who did my paperwork (I do feel bad about bringing this up because she was super nice, the only nice one! but this was the cherry on my horrible experience) was very new and struggled through my paperwork. She had to re print some of my papers because she didn't put them in the printer right and was constantly checking a list to see if she was doing all the work correctly. When you're making that big of a purchase, it's just uncomfortable to feel like the person finalizing the deal doesn't really know what's happening. Overall, run. Run super far from this dealership and go to the Scottsdale location. I know the guys there and wish so bad I would of gone there last night. I thought since I had a pre approved loan it didn't matter and didn't want to make the farther drive but it's very worth it.
