  • I don't know how this place has such bad reviews! I moved here almost 3 years ago sight unseen from California and I was blown away. Back then I will say it was operated by ovation and not whoever bought it out now. Everyone who worked here was so kind and I haven't had any problems with the new people in the office minus the fact that literally everytime I've called no one has answered or called back. Eventually I would just go into the office and speak to someone in person. Anytime I had a maintence issue it was resolved quickly! I lived in a 2 bedroom with attached garage upstairs apartment and I loved it. Had beautiful high ceilings, and I loved parking in my garage and walking upstairs and never searching for a spot. It has honestly been my favorite apartment and I've lived all over and moved about 12 times. The pool area is so beautiful. I am sad to have left but unfortunately whoever owns this place now is greedy and was upping my rent serval hundred dollars which was a shame. Let's just say it was a great apartment for what I used to pay! Oh well I won't let the greed of others ruin the almost 3 good years I had here. Moving on now!
