Got to this location at 8:10pm on a Wednesday. The schedule on the door says that the location closes at 9pm. As soon as we walked into the door the sales guy says "Just so you know, the fitting rooms are closed". I have never gone into a Rainbow location and have been told this. Why on earth would you close the fitting rooms an hour early in a CLOTHING store? Most people like to try on the clothes before they buy them, so what is the point in staying open until 9pm when the fitting rooms are closed at 8pm?
What I'm thinking is that the people working tonight just didn't want to have more clothes to put away so that they can get off early, which is BAD FOR BUSINESS!!!
Manager: if this is your policy then your policy SUCKS! If it's not your policy, then please hire people who won't cause you to lose business.
