  • Seems like a nice place when you walk in but the lack of communication between the dentists and staff will leave you feeling aggravated and confused. The doctors seem nice but they have some streamlining to do in their financial department. Having scheduled an appointment for a root canal and receiving antibiotics as pain relief did not sit well with me, especially from an office that claims to be "the pain free dentist". Dr. Brad is a good guy, maybe too good of a guy because the person he entrusts with handling the finical department would have a hard time differentiating the hole in her ass and a hole in the ground (Kathy). With one part indifference and two parts condescension, Kathy has the recipe for dissatisfaction. I would still go back there to have my teeth cleaned, but only because it's free.
