  • G and I went to try climbing for the first time last night. We were both pretty impressed with the place. Really friendly staff, brightly lit and spacious space... I can't compare it to any other climbing gyms since I've never been but TCA is definitely a place we'll go back to based on first impressions. The beginner's course was informative and thorough. Ray was the group instructor and he was really patient with the group, even with some of people who didn't quite listen to his instructions... didn't lose his cool once. The guy behind the front desk, Alan, was really helpful with any questions we had about lead climbing and the like. Overall, really helpful bunch and very friendly and open to newcomers. I think I just found my new addiction!
