  • They do a great job on your nails, love the SNS. However, it doesn't seem to matter whether or not you make an appointment bc I had one for 2 yesterday and no one even started taking off the polish I came in with until 2:22. Also, whoever was working as the receptionist was SO rude. A customer came in and wanted a nail fixed and she told her there was no one who could do it and was extremely inflexible. It was literally ONE nail. If they could up their customer service I would give them 4 stars for sure
