| - One would think, if you provide a list of ALL the doctors you have ever seen in your whole entire lifetime that they would have a clear picture of your medical history. This office does not have a clear picture. They hassle you when you call to refill a prescription. I have a necessary medication that I was promised by Dr. Sethi I would not have an issue with. Well, I called up to get a refill recently, and was told "To go see my specialist". I am upset as Dr. Sethi appeared to be taking extensive notes last year at my physical examination, and once again promised I would have no issues with getting my medicine. Funny thing is, my "specialist" is in Rhode Island, in which I have not lived in that state in four years.
I also went to AllCare last year because I was suffering from heartburn. It was an appointment at 4:30pm. I watched all these patients go ahead of me, and finally an hour later, they still had not called me! Honestly, I went up to the reception desk and they were truly baffled that someone was still in the office. They forgot about me.
Also, my husband was suffering from what they thought was psoriasis, but turned out to be exema, and I had to refer him to my dermatologist eventually, because the doctor couldn't figure it out. Had they done a skin test they could have determined it was exema.
This was the last straw October 30th when I was denied medication that was already discussed between me and Dr. Sethi. I am going to blast this practice all over the net, as it truly is only an office of mere convenience. The staff is RUDE beyond belief. When you do call for refills they argue with you without even looking at your charts. The doctors re-neg on their promises. It is frustrating, and I do not have the time to argue or prove ten times why I need a particular medication. If your taking notes and requesting records, these medications shouldn't be questions.
Do not be fooled by the above reviews. These people while I believed were helped truly do not know the ins and outs of this office. They needed a doctor right away, and got help. I have moved on a new PCP, who realizes I am not some kind of moron asking for medication I don't need.
It is not like I am asking for some type of addicting narcotic. I cannot believe they are treating patients this way, it is truly disturbing.
