  • While the cut and color were ok, my experience was not what I was expecting. I had a Groupon which included a deep-conditioning treatment that she did not give me, telling me I didn't need it. Also, the whole process was really rushed, and she did not take the time to understand what I wanted. She even charged me an extra $10 for having long hair when my hair was about an inch or two past my shoulders. I'm sorry, but that is not long! Overall, I was not impressed and will not return.
