  • I really wanted to love model citizen. I recently moved to the valley and of course was very sad to leave my old stylist. I was looking for salon that specialized in healthy hair and Goldwell Salon Products. I found model citizens and thought it looked cool. However when I called to book, it was the most cumbersome experience! Every stylist runs their own independent business. Which sounds great right? However the receptionist had to call around to each stylist to see who was available. There was no master calendar. This led to multiple scheduling errors on the part of the stylist in the salon. My haircut was quality but I didn't feel like my stylus really listened to what I wanted and needed in my daily routine. Overall, might be more of a hassle than I'm up for.
