  • I recently moved to Las Vegas and wanted to find a place where I could be close to the strip and to work (I work in summerlin). In each direction its about 15minutes. The staff was very friendly. Esmeralda helped me figure out what I needed. I came in on Saturday and by that Wednesday I moved in!! Esmeralda made the process run very smoothly and waa easy to contact. When she wasnt available I spoke with Dee and she was also very helpful. The property itself is quiet, clean and cozy. My 1bedroom was perfect because of the bathroom and the overall floorplan. The bathroom has a masters sink seperate to the bathroom sink which allows me to get ready while a guest/family/friend is using the bathroom. The flow of walking around the apartment makes the floorplan look bigger than it is! Upon moving in, the garbage disposal was not working and the batteries in the AC pad needed to be replaced. I called in and within 24 to 48hrs they were done! So far so good! Hoping to update my review as the year goes on. I recommend at least getting a tour of the apartments!!
