Check in agent was fabulous, friendly and gracious. I'm giving one star because of the issue when I reported 3 problems that occurred in our room. Johanna at the front desk was condisending and seemed to not care when I reported these problems on the second day. The first issue is the door handle which I was just giving them a heads up on and that it wasn't urgent. I told her that the door handle will not open the door properly. You have to pull it all the way up instead of the down position-her answer was "well that's how they all work-some can pull down but most you have to pull up". That's just not normal (at least in other hotels). She acted like there was not a problem so I advised her that I would write it up on a review and her response is what got me "That's Alright!" and she gave me a smile. The other issue is the tub not draining properly and after a shower it had 2 inches of water. The last is the tub is peeling so there are small pieces floating in the tub.
