I've been on the phone 3 days in a row and hold for a minimum of 30 minutes and STILL haven't spoken to anyone. I don't know that anyone answers their phones. I have been trying to cancel service. The entire time we've had service they always delivered more water than I had asked for. My account read 1 bottle every 2 weeks. I consistently got more water delivered that I had to pay for. I will highly advise to go with someone else for water service.
