  • Okay but when they say you won't be charged today... you'll be charged. Dude clicks, run card now. I asked why aren't you supposed to do that when i return. He says oh you won't be charged it's just your card on file and it's a small hold. $150 taken out of my account instantly after he pressed the button. They estimate how much you'll be driving then will refund you or charge you more when you return the truck. Really nice staff but a bit slow. I do enjoy the pods service for long distance moving. Be ready for your online quote to be like 30% more when you go in too. They add a bunch of fees and things they say come with your rental online like furniture pads they charge you for.
