  • I called this place to have my credit card removed. I asked for the manager on Sept 2, 2014. Today is the 6th with no return call....mind you this is my 4th call. So yesterday I cancelled my card because I did not feel secure with Massage Heights having my personal information. I would have at the very least appreciated a return call to discuss the termination of my membership. My husband and I rejoined Massage Envy and we do not experience the harassing phone calls and disgruntled employees. This place was a stress machine.
