  • We called to get an estimate and they never showed and never called. We have 2 young kids and when you make an appointment you end up rearranging your schedule which isn't easy. It is ignorant for a company to not make an attempt to notify you of a change. We will never use this company and I would advise anyone to rethink using them if they can't be courteous enough to show up when they tell you they will.
