I was here yesterday between 7pm to 8pm on a Wednesday looking for a tablet on sale which was said to be in stock on their website. I must have wandered around the store looking for an available employee for at least 15 minutes because I needed help and could not find the product. There store was not busy but no one greeted me or asked me if I needed assistance. It was so frustrating as I was waiting for one employee who seemed to be chatting with the same customer forever. Then next employee who I finally found and asked took his sweet time to return and tell me that the product was unavailable. He was slightly helpful for mentioning that there were 2 opened boxed items at another store. But I wasted at least 45 minutes here when I knew specifically what I wanted, so the service was lagging on this particular day.
I have been to the store in the past for things like boxing day sales and to pick up stuff. It is convenient to get to by using highway 401, but sometimes sale items are sold out. The customer service depends on the employees who are working I guess since it varies. Some employees might also try to upsell extended warranties that are sometimes pointless. My credit card company doubles the manufacturer's warranty for up to an additional year on certain products. I did in fact make a successful claim once on a computer monitor through my credit card company after declining the Best Buy extended warranty and when it failed after the original warranty had expired. Just keep in mind that you need to hold on to the receipt and credit card statement.
