I am relatively new to yoga, have been practicing for about 6 months or so.
I have tried two studios so far, so my experience is limited, but I can say I really enjoy Sundara thus far!
All of the instructors are very knowledgeable and the attention to detail is felt. They take the time to give personalized tips and adjustments which I did not have in the same way in the bigger, more crowded studio.
To be noted: the studio doesn't have any showers and all of it is underground, no windows and it is quite small. I personally think they make excellent use of the small space that is there and I am growing more and more fond of it. However, I can imagine some people would prefer a larger and more aerated space.
The prices are comparable to other studios, but I especially enjoy that they let you borrow equipment without extra fees. They are well equipped in blocks and mats and towels, should you need them.
It is a no fuss environment and free of the pricey lululemon atmosphere that you sometimes might feel in trendier areas. I recommend it for newbies like me!
