  • I am so glad a whole foods opened up in the north. There isn't a lot of options for organic/rare foods/natural choices up north so this is a welcome addition to the roster. Most ppl who go to whole foods know what it's about so i'm not going to reiterate what i feel about the company. But what i can say about this store specifically comparing it to the avenue rd location: - The layout in this store is better than the downtown location - The staff aren't as knowledgeable as the downtown location - They often run out of the more 'rare' produce so it's best to call ahead if you need a specific ingredient. But calling in can also be challenging sometimes. But they still are very helpful.
