From the moment I walked in the front door of this place I felt disrespected . The service advisors began heckling my attire which caught me completely off guard considering this is supposed to be a state of the art facility. I felt no need to engage in confrontation since these gentlemen were clearly unmannered and had no sense professionalism.
As I waited for my car to be looked at, the service advisor Greg Szymanski SEEMED to be the only professional in the place. Boy was I wrong. He promised he would do anything to make up my bad experience and when I asked for a discount on a spare key, I received no response. I'm sure he only acted like he cared because he wanted to get a good review from me since his paycheck is based upon it.
Not to mention the inside of my vehicle was covered in brake dust from the mechanics touching and grabbing the steering wheel and inside door panels.
Needless to say I wouldn't go back here if they paid me and have found far better customer service as well as service prices at the certified European shop IAutohaus in Tempe.
