As far as the customer service at this particular kiosk? Total garbage. The guy that runs it has been working there for at least a year and I've had 2 totally HORRIBLE run ins with him.
As far as the product goes? I absolutely love it. I had a shield for my iPhone 4, got one for my 5s when I upgraded, and have one for my Kindle Fire. I was trying to get a new cover for my iPhone 5s and was totally fed up with the guy working there. He invaded my personal privacy on my phone and made several inappropriate, sexual comments towards me. I emailed the Zagg corporate office and wow!! I was VERY quickly emailed back. Although the kiosks are franchised, they were very apologetic, forwarded my email complaint to several appropriate parties, and upgraded and replaced my screen cover free of charge. Then they went a step further and I was called as well. I missed the call, but the director of operations left a very heartfelt message apologizing for my experience and told me to call if I had anymore concerns. THIS IS HOW ALL COMPANIES SHOULD HANDLE COMMENTS AND CONCERNS!!
So this particular kiosk? I don't recommend. The product and company itself? TOTALLY AMAZING!!
