  • The hallmark of a good practice is timeliness and accuracy. If the staff can't even get the appointment time right or the office location right, they must really screw everything else up. Horrible practices. Even though I confirmed time and place, they scheduled me for the wrong office. No sweat for them, just two hours out of my time wasted. Time I could have been working but what's that to them? No follow-up by them. No apologies for using up my valuable time. I can only imagine the poor customer-experience I might have encountered from such an inconsiderate business. Update: 8/25/2015 in response to enVoqueMD's response to me, reread my review. Your comments seem unrelated to my review.
