  • Tried to scam me on a pump replacement for a misting system they installed. Their "tech" said my motor was frozen, after inspection by a electric motor repair company, turns out it was just a reset button. Could have cost me over $2,000.00 . DON'T USE THIS COMPANY. I have never been contacted by this company for an apology, or a refund for the $75, and really another $35 it cost for a proper diagnosis. Apologies over the internet are hollow. In truth and fairness, I was contacted by the business manager from Aqua Science today, and was told I would be receiving a complete refund for my diagnosis charge, and a credit for my expenses on getting a proper diagnosis of my misting pump. As a business owner myself, I believe that this is the proper way of rectifying the problem, and glad that once brought to the attention of upper management, they chose to do the right thing.
