  • QUEEN WEST LOCATION: The entire time I was shopping the staff ignored the customers, and opted instead to talk among themselves and try clothes on while they were working. I worked in retail for many years so I understand wanting to socialize with your coworkers, but one staff member was loudly talking to another about how she had period stains in her pants, and also how she needed to go to the gynecologist. This was as I was standing right beside them while looking at a rack of clothes. REALLY awkward and unprofessional. She continued this conversation with the staff member at the front desk while I waited to purchase an item. I honestly felt embarrassed to be around this level of unprofessional behaviour and quickly left without purchasing the item.
