  • DON'T DO IT!! 1. office staff has NO CLUE! what am I saying, no one is even ever in there! 2. parking sucks! 3. maintenance- everything breaks... all the time! they don'y fully fix anything, just somehow make it work until ur place floods or has no AC. Which btw my boyfriend had to show them how to fix everything. Also it takes weeks to even show up to try and fix anything. 4. MOST IMPORTANTLY - we lived here for almost 3 years and they screwed us when we moved out. said we didn't put in our notice. actually some moron at the front didn't get us the correct form so we couldn't put it our notice on it. They said it would be fine and not to worry. Now WE have to pay because they messed up! 5. Also, they never would have me on the pest control list, and when I called to find out why- they blamed the poor bug guy. When I confronted him he felt so bad and then proved to me that it wasn't his fault. I felt so bad. NO ONE could do there job at that place and it ends up costing you $$$. STAY AWAY!
