1st visit:Had appointment, they didn't have proper paperwork so needed to reschedule. Not a big deal. Receptionist at 1st desk was short and rude. Had asked if we could split the payment between 2 cards, wanted to use what money we had on health savings. She said she would rather not because it was more work for her and her co-worker was getting ready to leave. She also told us to fill out the paperwork, so next time we come back it will already be on file. Ok, we stayed and filled out the paperwork.
2nd visit: Came back for appointment, unfortunately we were "greeted" by the same unfriendly receptionist. She told us we needed to fill out the paperwork, we explained that she has us complete it last time so it would be on file. Her response was, well I had it but I can't control if it was discarded because your appointment was not with 24 hours. Have no idea what she was talking about. Stated had she mentioned this 24 hour the last time we wouldn't have sat around completing the paperwork since we knew we would not be back the next day. In any case ended up having to complete the paperwork again.
Just to he clear, completing the paperwork was not an issue, it was her demeanor and lack of basic customer service.
