This establishment is horrendous. I want to be as concise as possible to ensure people read this review. My husband took his 4 year old car in today for a recent safety recall. He picked up the car got home and his drivers side door would not open from the inside. He had to crawl out through the passenger side. My husband thought it was a fluke and we took the car to a local establishment an hour later. In the parking lot my husband again couldn't get out of the car from the inside. I opened the drivers side door so that he could get out and then the door would not close. I contacted San Tan immediately. I spoke to several people who passed me around. Finally got through to the line service manager. This person was the worst rep I've ever dealt with at a professional establishment. He made jokes about the situation was laughing on the phone and told us to tie the door and drive 20 miles to them and they would charge us to fix it. I am 8 months pregnant and we were stranded in a parking lot mind you. He proceeded to tell me the door being broken right after they serviced it was " a fluke". Seriously? They operate this way? I am floored.
Also, when we originally dropped off the car and picked it up they have sales people literally in the front of the business hackling you as you walk in. This establishment is unprofessional and operates on a sub par basis. I wouldn't trust them with the safety of my vehicle.
